Create Support Ticket

Create a Support ticket online to communicate with our agents via email.  Use this method when you have some time and want to save money.


Premier Support (Fee-Based)

Provides support over the phone for any project, question, or technical issue when you need expert answers, fast.
Choose to pay hourly, or opt for an extended, long-term option providing unlimited phone support.


Live Support

Just need a chance to work hand-in-hand via screen-share?  Join our Live Support between 3:00-3:30 pm ET on Monday - Thursday afternoons to talk to an expert. Callers are received on a first-come, first-served basis, and our experts stay on the call until everyone has an answer or a plan.

Please include your full name and Organization when you join the meeting.



Our forums provide direct access to our Developers, so they are a great place to search for answers to more specific questions, such as our shopping cart integrations or our WordPress plugin.

You will need to be an approved forum user to post, so be sure to Sign Up. (please note this is not the same login as the one to your Click & Pledge account).
