FAQ about Click & Pledge features for Shopping Cart users

Here are a few of our shopping cart users' most frequently asked questions about Click & Pledge features.

Reporting
Most shopping cart services offer reports. Detailed reporting can be located inside of your Click & Pledge account (also from SalesForce if you have integrated Click & Pledge and Salesforce. To access the Click & Pledge reporting:
 
  1. Login to your Click & Pledge account (https://portal.clickandpledge.com)
  2. Click on Account Info (upper right hand corner)
  3. Click on Reports
  4. Click on Search and Download
  5. If the same email address is used for multiple accounts you will need to select the account for reporting and move it to the right hand box.
  6. Select the Report that you wish to view (top pull down that defaults to Detailed Transaction)
  7. Enter search criteria
  8. Click on Search Transactions
  9. Click on Export

This will download a .csv file to your computer that you can use a spreadsheet program to read.

Receipts
Receipts are issued from Click & Pledge when transaction is authorized and will be sent to the email address that the user has provided.
 
Organizations can create a distribution list from inside of the Click & Pledge account so that any number of people with the organization can receive a copy of the receipt. Here are the steps:
 
  1. Login to your Click & Pledge account (https://portal.clickandpledge.com)
  2. Click on 'Account Info' (upper right hand corner)
  3. Under 'Your Profile' click on Edit beside the 'Receipt/Email Notification' field
  4. List as many different email addresses as you need. Be sure to separate email addresses with a semicolon.
  5. Click on 'Update'

Accepted methods are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and if requested, American Express.

Currency types
Click & Pledge Payment Services supports US Dollars, Euro and British Sterling Pound. Your organization will have to have separate merchant accounts setup for each currency type that you wish to accept. Click here for pricing.
