Swiper1: Receipts

Payment receipts can be sent through Email, SMS, and Print.

Email Receipt
 

Step 1: By enabling it, it will allow entering into the Email Receipt.
 
 
Step 2: The Receipt Header which is entered here will be displayed in the Email as a header. It allows only 200 characters to enter in this field.


Step 3: The Terms and Conditions which are entered here will be displayed in the Email.


Step 4: Add the Email IDs so that mail will be sent to them.
 
 
Step 5: After entering the details, click on “Save Changes” button. It will save the changes which were made here.


SMS Receipt
 

Step 1: By enabling it, it will allow entering into the SMS Receipt.
 
 
Step 2: By clicking it, default Single Payment SMS Receipt and Recurring Payment SMS Receipt will be generated.
 
 
Step 3: After entering the details, click on “Save Changes” button. It will save the changes which were made here.

Print Receipt
 

Step 1: By enabling it, it will allow entering into the Print Receipt.


Step 2: By enabling it, it will allow printing the payment information.
 
 
Step 3: The Receipt Header which is entered here will be displayed in the Print copy as a header. It allows 500 characters to enter in this field.
 
 
Step 4: The Receipt Footer which is entered here will be displayed in the Print copy as a footer. It allows 500 characters to enter in this field.


Step 5: The Terms and Conditions which are entered here will be displayed in the Print copy.

 
Step 6: After entering the details, click on “Save Changes” button. It will save the changes which were made here.
