Run a Standard Report in Click & Pledge

With the Click & Pledge payment system you may run a report anytime you wish and search for transactions based on any parameter you choose. Reports are available on an easy-to-use Excel compatible CSV (comma separated value) file.

To run a standard report on your transactions you need to:
  • Login to your account at
  • Click on Account Info (top right corner)
  • Click on Reports (in grey subdirectory)
  • Click Search and Download (second tab)

Here under 'Search Transactions' you can select your parameters and run a report.

Note: You will only see "Please select account(s)" if you have more than one Click & Pledge account. You may run reports across multiple accounts.

Click on an account you wish to include in the report, and then select the arrow button located between the fields. This will move the account into the field on the right. This account will then be included on the report.
You can select multiple accounts at one time by holding down your control key [Ctrl] and selecting the accounts. 
System reports: The two primary system reports are Detailed and Consolidated Transaction reports.

With the detailed transaction report, each item/donation will be displayed on a separate row. Also, there are separate rows for sales tax, discount and shipping. The report will include complete donor information, transaction amounts, fees, recurring transaction information, and replies to questions. This report works well for organizations that are using advanced pages or a friendly page to sell products, memberships, tickets or for those who offer multiple donation designations.

The consolidated transaction report will show each transaction on one row. The report will include donor information, transaction amount, fees, recurring transaction information and replies to questions. This report works well for organizations that use the Classic or Friendly page for donations.

Select the parameters for your report and go to the bottom of the page and enter a beginning date and end date. Click on the calendar icon to the right of the date field to select from a calendar. Then select the “Search Transactions” button at the bottom of the page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view a chart listing transaction amounts by month and year. To download the report, select the Export button.
