General Information: Live Support

Join us Monday - Thursday in free live session with our support engineers.  Bring your questions or just join to learn from others.  We share screen, discuss issues, and answer questions regarding all of our products. We close the room at 3:30 p.m. ET but stay online to answer all questions from all that have joined before 3:30 p.m.
 

Important Note

We ask that you share your screen so our support engineers can better help with identifying the issue.  If you wish to have a private session please contact the fee-based Premiere Support


Live Support uses Zoom to let website visitors join the meeting.  Be prepared to have a microphone and speaker so you can participate.  If you do not have access to a microphone, you may dial into the meeting by going to Audio Options > Phone Call to collect your dial-in information.  Be sure to note your Participant Id to enter when you Dial In.

Include your full name and Organization when you join the meeting.
