Donor Management with Salesforce: C&P Settings - Default Autoresponder

When a transaction is processed, Autoresponder automatically fires the Email/SMS to the default Email-id/Contact number. Autoresponder only fires when the conditions are satisfied.

Step 1: Select Defaults from the Autoresponder (C&P Settings > Autoresponder > Defaults).

Step 2: Select the tags which should be displayed in Email Autoresponder. By selecting “*All Tags”, automatically the remaining tags will be considered. Tags may be created through C&P Designer.

Step 3: Enter the Email-id to which the Autoresponder sends the Email.

Step 4: Enter the Subject of the Email which will show at the subject column of the email.

Step 5: Enter the email addresses to which the same mail should be sent as BCC. If there is more than one, separate them with semi-colon (;).

NOTE: Step 2-5 are related to the Email Autoresponder. The entries entered here will be auto-populated in Email Autoresponder.

Step 6: Enter the default SMS. If none of the conditions satisfied in SMS Autoresponder, then this message will be sent.

NOTE: Step 6 is related to SMS Autoresponder.

Step 7: Enter the number of days, so that the log records or Autoresponders will be deleted automatically from the “C&P PaaS Autoresponder Log”. Log retention range is from 0 to 1095 days (3 Years). 

After entering all the details, don’t forget to click on Update Settings to save the changes.
