Create Custom Receipts and Emails using Click & Pledge PaaS App (Donor Management with Salesforce)

Create an unlimited number of custom emails to be sent to your patrons. You control the content, design, and best of all the conditions and time frame when the emails are to be sent. With Click & Pledge's Payment as a Service App version 5.0 on Salesforce, there is a Designer to create custom emails and merge fields from Salesforce and an Autoresponder to send out these emails. 

Custom emails can be created with C&P Designer. Choose from already created templates from the Click & Pledge Class Library or create your own using the Custom Library's template builder. Use Merge Fields to choose from Contact, Transaction and other fields to merge into the email.

Dashboard
Once an email is created, then use Autoresponder to set the conditions to whom and when the email will be sent. Autoresponder is located under C&P Settings tab. Autoresponder Settings is used to set up the default information for Autoresponder emails. The Autoresponder tab is where you can select your email template and enter very specific conditions (or general conditions, your choice) when you would like your email to be sent. An unlimited number of Autoresponders can be set up.

Examples of use:
  1. You want a different thank you note to be sent to donors based on giving level. So you can create a separate Autoresponder email for transactions below $500, $501 to $1,999, and $2,000 and above.
  2. You have created a Campaign for an event. You can create an Autoresponder specific to all transactions linked to that Campaign.
  3. You have created a checkout page for a conference and you need a series of emails to go to attendees. You can create multiple Autoresponders based on your Checkout page WID (Window ID number). So you can set up an Autoresponder to go out immediately as a thank you, 2 months before the conference with hotel information, 2 weeks before conference with maps and parking information, and 2 days before event will all last minute details.
  4. And the list goes on.
 
Easy view of Autoresponder emails:
Within Contacts are sections for you to easily see your Autoresponder email. C&P Autoresponder Sent Email Log shows sent emails and C&P Autoresponder Queue with the emails in the queue.
