Account Administrators will have editing rights to all account areas. If you would like Users to have different permission levels, you can create additional User Profiles and assign the User Profile to Users.

Existing Click & Pledge Customers (before October, 2016)
Any Account Administrators in your current Click & Pledge account will automatically be added as Users to Connect with the same Account Administrator permissions. Any of your account Users without Administrative permission rights will need to be added as users into Connect. The reason is that permission levels have been modified in Connect because of added features. The slides below will guide your through creating User Profiles and adding new Users.
