Donor Management with Salesforce: C&P Settings - Third Party Integration

Click & Pledge integrates with multiple third-party apps like Twilio, GoToWebinar, Bit.ly and Double the Donation. To integrate any third-party app, go to C&P Settings > Third Party > New.



Twilio: Click & Pledge uses Twilio to send text messages from Contact view and to send automated messages using Autoresponder to predefined SMS requests. 

GoToWebinar: Click & Pledge and GoToWebinar work together to link Event attendees to webinars.

Bit.ly: For those using Event Management, Bit.ly integration shortens the URL of the External Registration page so you can provide a short URL registration to your supporters.

Double the Donation: Click & Pledge and Double the Donation work together to bring a employer matching gift program to Salesforce.
