Settings

A defined product may be further customized to be visible or not visible on its assigned checkout pages. Custom questions or text fields may also be set in the Settings tab.

Display Status

Active products are displayed in all the assigned checkout pages if the date is within the display schedule. Inactive products are not displayed in any of the assigned checkout pages.

Display schedule

A product may be set to be displayed immediately or at a time in future. The product may also be set to expire at a future date or never expire. Expired products are not visible on any of the assigned checkout pages. For example:

Assign Questions

The list displays all custom question groups. Custom question groups may be assigned to a product for display on the checkout page if the product is added to the basket. Custom question groups must be defined prior to being assigned to a product [More at: Questions & Criteria]

Inventory

If enabled the total inventory will be tracked. Once the inventory reaches zero the product will disappear from the checkout page. Sale of each option counts as a reduction inventory of the total product. For example: In an event there is a limit of 100 tickets that may be sold. Tickets are priced differently for members, non-members and guests. In this case, regardless of which option (member, non-member, or guest) is purchased, the inventory is reduced by the number of purchased tickets.
