Organizational information, user definitions and permissions, account reports and downloads, custom messages and accepted credit cards are managed in the Account Info section.
A virtual terminal enables processing credit cards manually without having to use a checkout page. Previous donations may be retrieved for pre-populating the form, assisting in processing repeat donations.
A link is provided to the support system where various FAQ's are posted. Forms are also available for posting questions to the support department.
Switching between the advanced and wizard mode assists with managing various checkout pages. Default mode is the wizard mode.
While the administrative system may be closed by exiting the web browser, the more secure option is to Log Out. Logging out allows the system to clear the cache and reset parameters. These parameters will expire after 30 minutes if the browser is closed rather than the preferred method of logging out.
