The administrative system in the Wizard mode offers a subset of all features available in the system. easyPages may be created and managed through the Wizard mode. Each aspect of the Dashboard home is described below:

The Dashboard home toolbar, above, provides links to the minimum access points needed to manage an account. The following describes each link in detail:

 

Dashboard Home

Link back to the Dashboard Home.

Dashboard home provides links to the management pages. It also provides a summary of account activity with a link to download the latest check statement.

Checkout Pages

Link to the Checkout Page management page.

Managing checkout pages is easily done by using the step-by-step procedure for easyPages. Checkout pages may be edited, deleted, and linked.

Donations & Premiums

Link to Donations & Premiums [Advanced Mode ONLY]

Adding donations & premiums to the checkout page. Through this section you can add donations in simple text fields or the radio button option. Donations can be customized and premiums added. Notifications and other customization parameters can be set.

Products & Memberships

Link to Products & Donations [Advanced Mode ONLY]

Adding products to the checkout page. Products are items that are at a fixed price and may be listed in varying quantities. Also, options, notifications, pictures, sales taxes and discounts may be added to each product. The display order and other parameters are also customizable through this section.

Questions & Criteria

You may add custom questions to the payment page by grouping questions and assigning them to specific products or donations. Questions may be added in the form of text fields, radio buttons, menu fields, and checkboxes.

Wizard Mode: More options

More options:

    • Account Info: Organizations’ account information, mailing address, phone, etc. may be updated and edited. The section also allows for defining users, downloading reports, managing messages and accepting or rejecting payment methods.
    • Process Cards Manually: Process credit cards manually through the administrative system. Orders may be replicated and user information retrieved for repeat payments.
    • Support Information: Links to the support site where various FAQ's and knowledgebase articles are posted.
    • Switch to Advanced Mode: Switches the administrative system to the Advanced mode. Once switched, the administrative system remembers the choice for future account access. Advanced mode provides more options for account control as well as allowing for setting up the shopping basket system.
    • Log Out: Exit the administrative system. While a web based system can be exited by closing the browser, it is recommended using the logout procedure. This ensures the session is closed and secure.

Below are the “How To” links to sections of the administrative system and a summary view of the account activity. Here is a description of each section:

 

Dashboard Home- How To

Each of the buttons in the “How To” section provides easy, step-by-step instruction on how to perform a task. For example, to begin accepting payments online, a link must be added to a checkout page. A link is easily added by copying and pasting a few lines of HTML code into your web site.

Adding a donation button, selling a product and selling multiple items are all explained in the buttons in the "How To" section.

Dashboard Home: Quick Links

Quick Links provides links for the easyPages. The list expands when you are in the Advanced mode. Following is a description of each link:

Checkout Pages:

  • Add/Manage Checkout Pages

    Start building a new checkout page. Links are provided for building easyPages.

  • Manage Checkout Pages

    A Listing of all checkout pages with the option to edit, update, delete, and retrieve the code needed to add  checkout pages to your website.

  • Shipping

    Add shipping carriers and rates.

Donations & Premiums

  • Add a New Donation

    Add a new donation item to the checkout pages. Donation items may be defined as radio buttons or simple text fields.

  • Manage Donations

    Edit/update/delete the existing donations.

  • Premium Items

    Premiums are gifts and giveaways that are defined for various levels of donations. Premiums may be defined for an existing donation.

Products & Memberships

  • Add a New Product

    New products may be added through the link.

  • Manage Products

    Edit/update/delete the existing products

  • Sales Taxes / Discounts

    Sales taxes and discounts may be defined and applied to products.

Click & Pledge Announcements:

News from Click & Pledge will be posted in this section in order to keep you updated on products, alerts, and changes.

Your Messages:

Through the administrative system, you may communicate with other users within your organization. The site administrator may define users and grant permission to manage the organization's account. Each user may send messages to other users.

Recent Activity:

A brief summary of account activity, with a link to the check statement, is provided for quick access and overview.
