Step 3: Customize Your Donation Form

A donation radio button section on the checkout page allows for choosing a preset amount for a donation or payment. The label area exists for the addition of text next to each radio button.

The labels are the text boxes connected to the donation radio fields (as shown below). Labels are optional and if left blank, will be replaced by the values in the amount column. The symbol used for the currency is set in the Account area.

While most forms will use amounts as labels, other uses could include:

• Annual Membership [$50]
• Lifetime Membership [$100]

Text labels identify the visual display beside the radio buttons.

If you wish to offer recurring transaction options for your patrons, choose yes in the Recurring Payment option section.
